We seen all the reverse mortgage commercials and now we’re seeing acquaintances get the reverse mortgage, but the vast majority of seniors are still in the dark as to how the mortgage works. In fact the rumor mill is running amuck and people are accepting foolish notions thrown around by uninformed people.
